A VIP customer arrives to the hotel. After she checks in she is led by a bellboy to the elevator. Bellboy pushes a button for her floor. Elevator starts going up and then gains a cosmic speed. It suddenly stops. Doors open to a magical wonder world with no time and place. She encounters unique native characters through her journey, some friendly and some hostile. The hosts of this magical world appear to be alike the bellboy who brought her up.

There is crackling noise and small metal elements hit the floor...
We see Wheelma on a cyr wheel (a female cogwheel) in shadows of theater stage
who will be joined by her lover Bobbi on a German Wheel (film bobbin).
They celebrate their freedom, while the film projector starts acting weird showing pieces from old movie recordings.
